Here are a few sample images from Elpical Claro using the default configurations.
These two images were from a "for sale by owner" real estate guide that was being produced in Microsoft Publisher. All of the original images were provided by the home owners and were not altered when composing the page. As you can see the originals are quite "lacking". However Claro was able to enhance the images based on its own analysis of the image. The analysis would have been more thorough if the images in question had any of the camera information preserved through Publisher and the PDF conversion process. The enhanced images are much more pleasing to the eye. The images below are owned by Tim Moses and used with permission.

The images below were taken with my Canon PowerShot S5-IS camera. The cat picture was taken by my son Andrew who insisted on me using a picture he took. All images processes by Claro uses what ever EXIF informatin is contained in the image as part of it analysis. The images above did not have the EXIF information like the images below do. If you would like to see what Claro Premedia Server or Claro Single can do with your images I would be happy as a one time favor to process a few sample images at no charge.
